Group Pilates classes, and individual "one to one" sessions with a physiotherapist.

 

Our Pilates sessions are designed to give clients a "total core workout".  The core muscles are those that support the spine, especially the lower back and include the deep abdominal and spinal muscles. 

 

"One to one" sessions utilises special Pilates equipment - The Reformer and The Trapeze Table.

Box Hill Physiotherapy prides itself on giving a quality personalised Physiotherapy service to a wide range of clients including those who have neck and back pain and head aches, sports injuries like muscle tears and joint pain,  arthritis and other associated conditions, hip and groin problems all with 30 minute appointments.  We are prefered providers and have EFTpost to make payment easier. We see DVA, W/C and TAC aswell.
