PILATES IS HERE!

Box Hill Physiotherapy has group Pilates classes, and individual "one to one" sessions with a physiotherapist.

 

Our Pilates sessions are designed to give clients a "total core workout".  The core muscles are those that support the spine, especially the lower back and include the deep abdominal and spinal muscles. 

 

"One to one" sessions utilises special Pilates equipment - The Reformer and The Trapeze Table.

Knee Arthritis Study - Wednesday, June 24, 2009

Physiotherapist Daniel Zwolak and Box Hill Physiotherapy are proud to be supporting The University of Melbourne research study into physiotherapy for Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis - arthritis of the kneecap. If you are over 40, have pain around your kneecap that is aggravated by walking up or down stairs, rising from sitting, or squatting, you may be eligable for inclusion in the study. TENNIS WOMEN'S: one of our physio's Milena Mirkovic is touring Europe for 7 weeks with the women's circuit.  Milena also has interest's in shoulder injuries and pilates rehabilitation.

 
2009 WIMBLEDON - Saturday, June 20, 2009

PAUL NESS continues to travel as an official ATP physiotherapist. He will be at Wimbledon in 2009 and numerous other events during the year.
