Clients with extras cover on their health insurance may receive a rebate for physiotherapy from their insurance company. We have the HICAPs system which can claim the rebate from many private health insurance companies meaning you only have to pay the gap at the time of consultation. Remember to bring your health insurance card with you.

 

We also treat TAC (traffic accident clients), Workcover and Department of Veterans' Affairs clients. Please bring your claim number and insurance company name with you. WorkCover and DVA clients require a referral from their doctor.
